Hostility Of Mankind/The Love of God

Sometimes something is right in front of you but you can not see it because of the darkness. You turn on a light that illumines and think, gee if it were a snake it would have bit me. It was there right in front of you all the time.  The world, and all the things of the world--cravings of sinful man, lust of the eyes and the pride of life and those who embrace it are lost in a spiritual darkness. Blinded by the so called god of this age, the prince of the power of the air, humanities greatest enemy the devil who prowls around like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour. He conjoles with disceptive conniving words of gratification convincing the unwary--those dead in trepasses and sins that they are not what they could be.

These are those absolutely persuaded that they are not what they should be and thus a change is necessary for them to be what they have come to believe they are. Those who hate the God of the Bible and want to suppress the natural order of things to comply with the blindness of their own perverse heart and skewed way of thinking. Not only denying the laws of a Holy and Righteous God. But in fervent denial, anger, and open hostility . They see God's created order as a hinderance to their twisted and perverted desires to be something they are not or could ever be.

It is God who gives us life, breath and all things. The LORD of all creation  does not desire that any should perish into the flaming eternity of endless punishment in what the Lord Jesus Christ described as the furnance of fire; unquenchable fire; weeping and gnashing of teeth;  But that all should come to repentance. For all of us are natural born sinners. "Surely I was sinful at birth, sinful from the time my mother conceived me. Yes  are all brought fourth in inquiity and in sin our mothers conceived us. (Ps. 51:5) We are not sinners because we sin. We sin because we are born that way. Tainted by the disobedience of our first parents in Eden who believed the lie of the serpent, the devil, the evil one,  satan, that if they disobeyed what God had told them, they would be like God.  Knowing good and evil. They were deceived and all the human race inherited that sinful fallen corrupted and tainted nature.

Sin can tear one asunder, and convince those in the throes of evil that they are something they are not. Ones hatred of God is manifest in their actions. They act in rebellion to God in a war with the creator who gives us life, breath and all things. Lost souls traversing that wide road that leads to everlasting condemnation. Absent from the presence of God and the glory of His power for eternity  in what Jesus calls "the lake of fire" and "where the fire never goes out."  They are the spiritually blinded of this fallen world, at hatred with God for they see Him as the number one hinderance to what their flesh desires and what they think they should be. Calling evil good and good evil. Deceived into reprobation by the father of lies.

The heart of man is evil from his youth.  (Ps. 51:5; Romans 3:10-2) Born into the world just waiting to commit their first transgression against a Holy and Righteous God. Tainted, soiled, unclean with only one thing on their mind. The satisfying comfort of fleshly desires and passions.

Each human individual male or female needs to confess with their mouth Jesus is Lord and believe in their heart God has raised His Son--the Way, the Truth and the Life--from the dead. And Scripture tells us that by grace through faith and not of ourselves, by the gift of God--we will be rescued from the darkness of this present evil age to the light of the world....Jesus Christ....those who follow Him shall not walk in darkness but have the light of life. They will cross over from darkness to light--from death to life. From our own sinful and disobedient way of thinking and unto everlasting life. A citzenship in heaven in the presence of God and the glory of His power.

Even those thinking they don't sin, by that very statement sin. For ALL have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.  The wages of sin is death.  (John 3:36; Rom. 2:5; Micah 5:15; 1 Thess. 1:10; Eph. 5:6; Rev. 14:10; Acts 17:30-31; Matt. 13:41-42; 2 Peter 2:9;)  But among you there must not be even a hint of sexual immorality, or of any kind of impurity, or of greed, because these are improper for God’s holy people.  Nor should there be obscenity, foolish talk or coarse joking, which are out of place, but rather thanksgiving.  For of this you can be sure: No immoral, impure or greedy person—such a person is an idolater—has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.  Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of such things God’s wrath comes on those who are disobedient.  Therefore do not be partners with them. (Eph. 5:3-7)

But the gift of God is eternal life in Jesus Christ the Lord. (Romans 6:23)

Therefore if you confess with your mouth Jesus Christ is Lord and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead. You will be saved. From the wrath of God that is coming. (Romans 10:9)

Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies (the body with which you were conceived and with which you were born) as a living sacrifice, holy  and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship.  Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will. (Rom. 12:1-2)

Jesus the Christ says "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.  Take my yoke (his death, buriel and resurrection)  on you and learn from me, because I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.  For my yoke is easy to bear, and my load is not hard to carry.” Matt. 11:28-30

Note: The original word in the New Testament Letter to the Romans in chapter 12 verse 2 for "Transformed"  is the word "Metamorpho" it is derived from the root words "meta (change) and "morphe" (form) from which our english word metamorphosis is derived. The process by which a caterpillar changes into a butterfly.
