The Lord God took the man and put him in the garden of Eden to work it and keep it. (Ge. 2:5)
And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, “You may surely eat of every tree of the garden, but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die.” (Gen 2:16-17)
Now the serpent was more crafty than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said to the woman, "Indeed, has God said, 'You shall not eat from any tree of the garden'?" The woman said to the serpent, "From the fruit of the trees of the garden we may eat; but from the fruit of the tree which is in the middle of the garden, God has said, 'You shall not eat from it or touch it, or you will die.'" (Gen 3:1-2)
So when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree desirable to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate. She also gave to her husband with her, and he ate. Then the eyes of both of them were opened...(Gen. 3:6-7)
Then the LORD God said to the woman, "What is this you have done?" And the woman said, "The serpent deceived me, and I ate."
So the Lord God said to the serpent:
And I will put enmity Between you and the woman,
And between your seed and her Seed;
He shall bruise your head,
And you shall bruise His heel.” (Gen. 3:13-15)
Since therefore the children share in flesh and blood, he (Jesus, the Son of God) himself likewise partook of the same things.... (Heb. 2:14)
Unto us a child is born, unto us a Son is given...(Is. 9:6)
that through death.... (Heb 2:14)
In this is love, not that we have loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the propitiation(an atoning sacrifice) for our sins. (1 John 4:10)
he might destroy the one who has the power of death, that is, the devil, (Heb. 2:14)
He laid hold on the dragon, the old serpent, which is the Devil and Satan, (Rev 20:3)
and deliver all those who through fear of death were subject to lifelong slavery. (Heb 2:15)
So in Christ Jesus you are all children of God through faith, (Gal. 3:26)
But without faith it is impossible to please Him, (Heb. 11:6)
“He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. (John 3:18)
for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. (Heb 11:6)
Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God. (2 cor 5:20)
Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you. (1 Cor. 6:9-11)
For God made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God. (2 Cor 5:21)
you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God. (2 Cor 6:11)
For God so loved that world that He gave.....(John 3:16)
When the fullness of time had come....(Gal 4:4)
His ony begotten Son....(John 3:16)
God sent forth His son born of a woman...(Gal 4:4)
So all this was done that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the Lord through the prophet, saying: “Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel,” which is translated, “God with us.”(Matt 1:22-23)
That whosoever believes in Him ....(John 3:16)
